Shipping & Tracking
– All orders will ship within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays.
– All domestic and international orders are shipped via EMS Thailand post.
– Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. Please be advised that we cannot delivery to PO Boxes addresses.
– International customers are responsible for any customs duties incurred upon delivery.
– Taxes and duties will differ according to countries, which are levied once your package reached your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid or DDU Basic. This means that the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and taxes for your package that will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
– Delivery time is provided only as a guideline and does not include order processing time. Delays may occur due to payment authorization, destination customs, and other unforeseen circumstances.
– We will not be able to modify orders one the items have been dispatched.
